Lucas Wong is the Chairman and President of Hornbeam Investment Pte Ltd, which he co-founded in 2001 following a distinguished career in investment banking and corporate development across Asia. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a focused Singapore holding vehicle into a sophisticated multi-mandate investment platform with regional and global reach.

Mr. Wong brings over 30 years of experience in strategic investment, corporate governance, and business development. He has served on the boards of multiple listed and private companies across South-East Asia and is a respected voice in the Singapore business community.

His governance-first approach has shaped the culture and values that define Hornbeam Investment today.

With over 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and institutional fund management, Dr. Somachi chairs the Investment Risk Committee and ensures all capital allocation decisions meet the firm's rigorous standards.

He has previously served as a non-executive director on audit and risk committees of listed companies across Asia-Pacific.
